"Severely disappointed in seeing a giant lifted truck rolling around as nothing but a billboard that can’t even follow a simple traffic law such as using your turn signal in a turn lane off of the highway exit ramp. Meanwhile, my premiums are as high as ever and I’m sure I can speak for most people."

"What good is to have an agent to help you when there's no I was being cancelled because of the storm and they had to pay out and no one would help me fight it stay away from State take care nothing about then they overpay you for one item they take her off another item so.3d you're paying double amount of deductions. They paid an Amount on my gutters and I found a cheaper way to go and so they deducted $1,000 more off my pool damage. They are crooks. Over 23 years ice paid then over $62,000, and they've paid out in the past 5 years $1,500 to get my gutters fixed and my porch. My gutters cost $1,038. Where can a person get her porch done for $462? Then they deducted from my pool estimate another $1,00 because she said they paid too much on the gutters. They aren't out to help you, fight you every step of the way, the agent didn't do a thing for me. Said I had 5 claims and it stays in the record for 5 years. 1 were roof damage due to the bad hail storms we had in 2011 which is 12 years. It it's on my record, 8/14/2018 which I got the letter dated in September 2823. That's over 5 years. Then they have 2 claims with $0 output cause I told them nevermind I'll do it myself after finding out the deductible. They count that too even though it was cancelled and NOTHING PAID OUT . SO, FOR $1500 OUT OF OVER $62,000. paid in , they cancelled my home owners insurance. They want to keep my auto though. I told them Hell NO, ITS A PACKAGED DEAL. ."
"Hi Susan, I am so sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, all your claims were done with your previous Agent before transferring to my office this past summer. I do recall you coming into our office and sitting down with Daniel to discuss your cancellation. I wish I could have done more for you. We do instruct our customers to always get an estimate before turning in claims on your Homeowners to make sure the work, if covered, is over your policy deductible. This would have helped in your case. Please feel free to set up a meeting with myself if you wish to discuss further. Best of luck."

"I called State Farm to get a quote on my vehicle insurance. I spoke with Ester Velazquez she was amazing!!! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and explained the policy completely. She offered a discount by adding my home policy, she was very eager to help me get the lowest rate possible, and explained the policy. I know have my vehicle and home insurance with State Farm because of the great help I got from Ester, I highly recommend State Farm and especially Ester Velasquez she has great customer service!"
